Can a night owl become a morning person? I have been trying for five years to become a morning person. You know, you wake up, you are refreshed, ready to start the day? I still would rather pull the covers over my head and wish the world away. Does anybody know how I can change this? If anyone has any thoughts please reply to this post! I really feel that if I am going to become a teacher that I am going to need to wake up ready to conquer the world.

Today is the Anniversary of the Union Station Massacre. A Group of officers were transporting the criminal Frank Nash who broke out of Leavenworth Penitentiary three years earlier when they were surrounded by four men with guns. The men opened fire on the officers; all but two died. Nash ended up being killed by one of the officer’s guns. The men who killed the officers was sentenced to 2 years in prison and was made to pay 10 thousand dollars.

The blog, Self -Motivated Learning in the Digital Age, written by Bob Collier, talks about how his home country, Australia, is talking about 21st century learning. In other words, integrating technology into the curriculum. I guess America is not the only country wanting to integrate technology. Small world?
